功能描述

这个功能主要是给macOS方便我发airdrop, 但是鉴于Windows也有系统级别的共享概念, 所以也可以给Windows一个

工具条是有一个接入了 Windows 10 原生分享的分享按钮的，只是需要专业版：#1875 只是不知道 macOS 有没做相关适配。
