Dual Extrusion: No wait on temperature after nozzle change

Open caerandir opened this issue 2 years ago • 0 comments

When printing the test model after the calibration (the cross where you check that all parts can be broken off), I noticed that the nozzle temperature is altered between 200, 185 and 150 °C, depending if the nozzle is in standby, coming up or going down, or is actually printing. When a nozzle comes up from standby, I see that it goes up to 185°C, and then the screen shows the switch to target temp 200°C, but it does not wait then for the nozzle to reach 200°C and printing starts with the nozzle still at 185°C. Would it not make more sense to wait for 200°C/target printing temperature?
