FEATURE: provide REST (or similar) API and WebHook for printer function, states and urgent messages.

In the spirit of https://github.com/Snapmaker/Snapmaker2-Controller/issues/197 having the requirements provide by an underlying REST API and Webhook would:

  1. provide flexibility to a broader range of scenarios and developers (e.g. app developers who cannot ask their customers to implement MQTT)
  2. provide an API and API 'First Approach' upon which the MQTT requirements can be quickly implemented while allowing reuse for other scenarios such as https://github.com/Snapmaker/Snapmaker2-Controller/issues/181

@Snapmaker Is something planned? It's hard to find proper reactions from you to any feature requests on github. Are you considering them or are we just sending our wishes into the void? Sometimes a clear "no" is better than silence.
