[NEW] One docker image version for both ARM/AMD architecture

Only latest tag has multibuild for amd/arm architecture. For those who do not use latest tags in general for development there are only separated tags x86_64_v6.3.3 and arm64_v6.3.3.

It would be nice to have the one tag for version v6.3.3 for both of architecture (as official images have, fe Redis)
