META/CMD modifiers stopped working
Describe the bug
Sorry to necro an old issue (#84) - but it seems like this beast has emerged from it's cave and is causing problems again. The meta modifier doesn't appear to be working at all on v1.9.1

Reproduction Steps
- Bind a skill with Left Mouse button for example.
- Bind another skill with CMD+Left Mouse button
When using the CMD+Left Mouse, only the original skill that only uses Left Mouse occurs.

Just to further test - I wiped everything and only created one bind (cmd+mouse button 1) and it does nothing.
I did a bind using ctrl+moust button 1 and it works fine. Seems to just be CMD that's the issue.
This is not an issue with the plugin but rather the "Self Cast Key" option in the Combat interface. Disabling it resolved everything.
Yeah, the auto self-cast behavior has changed in 10.0. I should add a prompt to disable it completely when using Clicked as the new behavior is obnoxious

I actually think this was just part of it. I still cannot get CMD to work - however not just your plugin. Clique as well. But when I copy the macro that is generated and put it with my actual macros, it works fine. Super strange.
