I have made an new action build today. That all configuration files are now without BOM in UTF-8 Files

Latest (from today) Action Builds from ReGameDLL & ReHLDS fixed it for me - The official release builds of those two do NOT work.

ReHLDS 3.14 (action build) ReGameDLL 5.28 (action build) MatchBot 1.0.4 (official release)
