Token attributes which depend on local-refs should be card attributes

Token attributes which depend on local-refs like resolverAddress in https://github.com/AlphaWallet/TokenScript-Examples/blob/master/examples/ENS/ENS.xml#L169 should be moved in to cards.

This will be broken by https://github.com/AlphaWallet/TokenScript/pull/373 which we are implementing as part of Activity, but this suggestion will keep it working https://github.com/AlphaWallet/TokenScript/pull/373#issuecomment-658009149, so this can wait a bit.
