adding guide view for developers to test against

This one is an example of adding the guide page. In the next UX meeting, we will be collecting visuals and asking iOS and Android to implement based on this example. @AW-STJ @tomekalphawallet

• [ ] tomek supply the design for guide button (exclaimation mark) for all types of cards (token, action, actvity) but a) not the inline help (after each field); b) not supply it here - give it to Sunil or put in issues in ios/android
• [ ] @hellolucas to update content and add similar content to other cards
• [ ] @colourful-land update translations in Chinese
