Smartthings uninstalled after each restart

Hi , i don't now how to put it wihtout feeling dumb but here i go , each time i restart my home assistant Virtual machine , the intégration Smart things seems to be uninstalled from it ! and i need to reinstall it each time and to redo the entire process to create a token and all , can someone help me on this please ?

here is my config :

Installation method = Home Assistant OS Core = 2025.5.2 Supervisor = 2025.05.1 Operating System = 15.2 UI = 20250516.0
