Proposal: Default to using English, add more localizations using resource files and additional .md files

Hey i opened a pull request of this consider taking a look at it. I translated only the printed text with chatgpt so it should not affect anything else and it works perfectly on my end.

HI, thanks for the PR, could use it's strings for the English version, the only thing I would love to do differently is using resource files instead of creating a branch per each language

That seems like a good idea though i think for best end user experience its just best to release a russian language exe and an english exe as thats ehat most people will end up using. Amother idea is u set the language in the config file and the error message of config not present is in both russian and english. Tbh this idea is probably better u just have to add to the readme mentioning this. And i do suggest defaulting it to English.
