Toolbar on bottom but search on top

An option to move toolbar to the bottom but keeping searchbar on top.

In bottom toolbar there can be option to go back and forward, home button tabs and other shortcut to main settings.

it will give search in top more place to add a quick refresh button.

Something like this, if you think it would be a good design.
