SteamVR Hands Toggled On warning

Users sometimes toggle on Hands in the SteamVR trackers section in SlimeVR settings, causing issues in VR.

It could be helpful to have a warning added for when toggles for hands are selected (while controllers are being detected, perhaps?) and also include it in the flightlist as a check.
