VRChat OSC Automatic Tracker Assignment

VRChat OSC Trackers section in settings would benefit from automatically assigned trackers, such as how the SteamVR trackers are assigned, to make onboarding easier for new standalone users.

May need to see how Virtual Desktop emulated arms interact with this and also Standable compatibility, in addition to OSC Query and how head and hands are sent from VRChat, and testing in APK form in the Quest to see if it works properly there.
