Pre-processing of .d?

It says in your manuscript that this app also accepts .d data from Bruker instruments, but it's not clear in "Getting Started – DIA Preprocesing" how one does this. Do I just use the output from DIA-NN? Though it seems it needs more files such as fill_times, sn, tic.

Also, what is the recommended way to run DIA-NN before running your app?
