Supporting public namespaces

Classes with an public namespace should be visible only to classes that "use" the namespace. So if I use Type Explorer when editting a class that doesn't use the namespace, all classes using the namespace shoudn't be displayed in Type Explorer.

I would be happy to help, but if you honestly do not fully understand the idea of ((you could not describe it any other way, a real example of the use can be. or user story with a sequence of actions, and the end result. or some kind of analogue from the other editors. Tnaks!
