Custom server down error

Is your suggestion related to a problem? Please describe in detail. when the server is restarting a generic Cloudflare error is shown witch doesn't explain to the user what is happening

Describe your suggestion the server shows a custom error message such as offline.html I think this could proboly be done with nginx

Describe alternatives you've considered I tried using service workers but this doesn't work because Cloudflare

I don't think we can customize Cloudflare's error messages. However, we can customize nginx's error messages and I would want to customize those for when you react the internal limit.
