Document parse usage of RGB in the Color class info

Document parse usage of RGB in the Color class info.

Currently there is no examples, description, or a decent usage of using RGB in the Color class info. Support for this should be added.

Could even go a step further and add a method description to call inside any implementation that extends Skript's Color.

There currently is no description about RGB, this means it's very hard for a Skript user to find any knowledge about this feature.
