Update User Rights Settings Output

I have noticed that the settings documentation for "Win - OIB - SC - Device Security - D - User Rights - v3.5" may contain errors. Specifically, the values for the settings include a backtick before the asterisk. If these values are copied and pasted into a policy, it could result in the removal of all groups from the incorrectly configured security setting.
