Possibility of Plugin version?

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. Unable to use AutoModpack to manage and load recomended clientside mods on servers which use Craftbukkit/Spigot API.

Describe the solution you'd like A serverside plugin which would function similarly to the mod, communicating with and sending the client to download mods from an external source or from the server.

Describe alternatives you've considered Custom launchers or modpacks of which none would allow for such a clean and admin managable solution :)

Additional context Would be very useful for easily mass-loading mods for servers with plugins such as voicechat, serverside changes which would require syncing to clients (like changing block breaking speeds) or making sure clients have updated resource packs without having to reload them everytime they join the server :)

There are plans, but is it high priority? No, my time is limited. If you want it, you can help its open source project.
