Indication of when mods are downloading from CF or Modrinth

Motivation

I am having some confusion when having people download a modpack from the server. It will say there are no files to download when in reality it is downloading mods from CF or Modrinth. And people with slower internet will see this screen for quite some time depending on how much they have to download.

Description
