Remove SPE Remoting scripts from the base installation

The Remoting functions included with SPE are no longer necessary.

Example: /sitecore/system/Modules/PowerShell/Script Library/Platform/Functions/Remoting2

Actually, I would rather refresh them to the latest remoting code, so 2 Sitecore servers could talk to each other.
