The ability to open multiple scripts in tabs in a single ISE

Expected Behavior

It should be possible to to open multiple scripts in a single ISE instance. https://youtu.be/HMc2DHLqgqU?si=L33yhY-xXsFiFq-I

Actual Behavior

It is not.

Steps to Reproduce the Problem

  • Open ISE
  • Open one script
  • Open another script
  • Only one script is opened :)

I'll merge this in even though it's work in progress as otherwise merge alone will be a problem.
