Mod list : cloth-config-11.1.118-forge Connector-1.0.0-beta.43+1.20.1 ConnectorExtras-1.10.1+1.20.1 fabric-api-0.92.1+1.11.8+1.20.1 (Forgified-Fabric-API) Patchouli-1.20.1-84-FORGE revelationary-1.3.7+1.20.1 spectrum-deeper-down-1.7.9 (Spectrum 1.7.8 with the same other mods works correctly) trinkets-3.7.2
All mods in the list are required dependencies of spectrum
I'm having the same issue; it seems to be due to a recent change to Additional Entity Attributes, which is JiJ'd by Spectrum.

This is actually now fixed if you use Additional Entity Attributes forge port, and then remove the JiJ for AEA Fabric inside the spectrum jar.

The Forge port of Additional Entity Attributes is outdated. You should instead just install the updated version of the original Additional Entity Attributes: https://modrinth.com/mod/additionalentityattributes/version/1.7.4+1.20.0
I get an error when I try Spectrum and trinkets on forge 1.20.1. Which mods need to be installed as it seems I cannot have trinkets and Curios together?

It also doesn't work with the fabric mod

Use Accessories, and the adapter addons for trinkets & curios.
