Suggested enhancement: add ability for user to choose which project to open when launching the BeatBuddy Manager (BBM)

Forum users have posted (a long time ago) about the ability to have a navigation window when opening the BBM so they could open a different project than whatever they had when they last closed the BBM.

This suggested proposal is in two parts:

1. To leave the process as is in the BBM so that when launching the app, it opens the project that was current when the BBM was closed.
2. Give users the ability when launching the BBM of going to the user_lib/projects folder to choose a different project. This could be implemented by the user pressing either the option or the alt key when launching the BBM (or any other key combination, for that matter).
