If a fill contains only a single hit on Beat 1 and there is nothing preceding or proceeding it, then the AP setting for the fill should indicate the bar in which that single hit is played in.

For example, a fill that has just a crash cymbal on beat 1 and its AP is set to bar 3, should play the crash cymbal on beat 1 of bar 3. Right now, for the same settings, it will play the crash on beat 1 of bar 4.
