Short fill manual play

Short fills: 1x 16th note, 2x 16th note, 3x 16th note, 4x 16th note do not play in time when triggered manually.

Comment from user : " They should play back live exactly the same as they play with AP. If a fill has 3x16ths at the end of the bar, with a crash on beat 1 of the next bar, then those notes should replace the last three 16th notes of the main beat in which the fill is triggered, play the crash on beat 1 of the following bar and continue with the beat. Everything should always happen in time. Right now it is adding an beat or half of a beat to a bar and flipping things upside down."
