Getting Started steps not finished to start playing music on openbbm

The default content setup is in two "Building and Deploying" steps. This setup is not completely accurate or complete.

Additionally, Mac setup and deployment steps don't seem to be accurate. Would need to test on a Mac OS computer, @iajrz could help with this.

This issue's title is weird. Make it windows specific so that mac getting started gets its own issue. The readme should get you from source to executable, should not cover how to use BBM as that's what the manual is for.
