PANIC UI Security vulnerabilities

When performing npm install on the feature/25-Implement-cosmos-node-data-transformer branch, the log outputted a series of security vulnerabilities.

To solve this we can try using npm audit fix. If the issue persists we need to investigate whether this issue can be solved or not.

This was solved in the UI 1/DockerHub Release Candidate so this issue should be closed once we release.
