Include source of finding in the json output

Hi !

I've been using SimplyEmail for a while, and even thought there have been no updates in the last 8 months... I would like to propose an "improvement".

How about including the url of the finding in the output log?

It'll be great to have an extra field for each finding called "source" including the url that contains the email that was found there :D
