Cannot record in ogg

Hi! I can record my voice in m4a and mp3 but not in ogg. Each time I try (even when trying with different bitrates) I get this error:

An error occurred.
java.lang.RuntimeException: start failed

I'm using a custom rom (Resurrection Remix), have no google services and I'm also facing this problem: https://github.com/vector-im/element-android/issues/3904#issue-980243732 but I'm not sure if these are related.

I have same problem.

Affected devices: Xiaomi Redmi 8 (default Android 10)

Not affected devices: Samsung Galaxy A02s (default android 11)

Tested with version 5.10.4 (fdroid)
