Scrollable Titlebar

It would be nice if you could smoothly scroll through the tab/title bar in horizontal direction.

Currently the horizontal-swiping behavior applied to the tab/title bar is the same as applied to the content pane. So if you want to open another note, it doesn't matter where you swipe, you're only switching slowly to it, page by page. Otherwise you have to open the note picker dialogue.

There are other apps with a similar tabbed UI, where you could scroll quickly through the tab/title bar while the current page stays fix. Tapping then on a tab title underlines it and switches directly to the corresponding tab. An example is Telegram's folder view.

Such an uncoupled tab/title bar would be very useful to improve the workflow if the user often switches between different notes.
