[Feature Request] Make gifs

Hi, I thought it would be great to be able to make gifs with the videos on the gallery.

I had a gallery app in another phone where I could make a gif out of a portion of the video and I could set the speed and wether I wanted the gif to play in reverse, or back and forth, its speed etc. But don't remember what app was it. I remember it was part of the gallery app

Do you think you could do this? Or might be out of the scope for this app.
