Support for Chrome OS + Stylus

Currently when using a stylus or finger on a Chromebook there is lag between the touch points and the drawing of the line. I was using this feature in my own expirimental shortcut app. I don't really under stand the stylus integration yet, but you can use my existing code for reference if you want. ¯_(ツ)_/¯
