Dial nr starting with 911 blocked

So as mentioned in my email sent today, inputing any number starting with 911 XX XXX then pushing dialbutton and nothing happens. The same issue is inputing 911 and select a contact with same number start and nothing happens.

However adding country code +47 911 XX XXX and it works.
