Override Silent/Vibrate-Only/Do-not-disturb on Multiple Consecutive Calls

A feature that would allow an override of silent mode, vibrate-only mode and do-not-disturb mode if a single caller (optionally only a prioritised/favourited contact) calls for X consecutive times in Y minutes.*

The feature would make you reachable for urgent calls.

*Unless the receiver has rejected the previous calls, 3 calls within 10 minutes seems a reasonable threshold (customisability would be nice).

Would love this feature! Great if close ones also calls you in an emergency but you have it on silent.
