Include country codes in searches

This is somehow related to implementing #417

On my old sense-based phone there was a feature in the contacts app I really liked and unfortunately have never seen on another os/phone.

When I search for a contact by number and enter "0172" (on of germans mobile number codes) I find all contacts where "0172" is part of their number. But I won't find "+49 172" (german country code + mobile number code without 0), which was possible using the contacts app on a htc sense rom. It also worked the other way round. When searching for "+49 172" I'd also get results for numbers with "0172" (of course only if "0172" is at the beginning of the number).

Would love to have this feature again :)
