[Feature Request] Clocks should be added by location, and not by UTC offset.

When people add other clocks, it is generally because they want to know what the time is in a specific place. They generally aren't thinking about UTC offsets. The other issue with this is that many places use DST, so when you manually add a UTC offset, you end up losing the ability to have DST within the clock.

Absolutely must have option! Also GMT is outdated system, nowadays we use UTC, right?
