[Bug] Alarm sound on lockscreen is duplicated and while phone is unlocked, it only vibrates

I dont know why, but when the phone is locked and the Alarm starts playing, it plays the sounds 2 times, instead of only 1 time.

Also when the phone is unlocked and the Alarm starts playing, it only starts to vibrate but does not play a sound. ^ the option Vibrate is turned off for that specific alarm in the alarm's setting (not via notification), it is also the same alarm with which i tried the lockscreen issue above.

Sound used Default (Hassium) (lineageos oneplus)

App Version is 5.9.4 (FDroid)

As for the duplicated sound, it seems like the Alarm is triggered twice in two different ways as per the notifications:

A while ago, I changed the alarm sound. Then it played the old one and the new one.

After uninstalling and reinstalling (from F-Droid), the issue was gone for about two weeks, then it reoccurred.
