Stopwatch reset button disappears on orientation change if stopped

If the screen orientation changes while the timer is running, the reset and lap buttons are still there, but if the timer is stopped when that happens, the subsecond precision on the clock reverts from 3 digits to 1, and the reset button disappears completely. It is not restored by rotating the screen back to its original orientation, and tapping the area on the screen where the button should be proves unresponsive. The only ways to get the button back are by starting and stopping the timer again, or exiting out of the app--a low enough hurdle that it's not a big deal, but still a bug.
