Google calendar event gets default reminder

It started a couple of months ago. I add a new event to a google calendar, specify "no reminder" in app ui and save it. Then, after syncing, the created event will have a reminder set 30 min before the event time. I think it is because of some recent change on google side. App version: 6.23.1 pro OS: android 11 (lineage 18.1)
