No settings in PyCharm

On PyCharm 2023.1, plug-in version 1.1.0

There is no menu option to configure the plug-in and set my API key.

This may have previously been fixed - tested on the upcoming 1.1.1 and PyCharm settings look ok.

I am now on 1.2.3, there is still no settings UI visible.

Re-opening due to comment. Nobody else has reported an issue like this, so it sounds really odd.
