Cover when issue is deleted...
Hi I am using the Newsstand version of Baker, but it found something weird: when i download an issue the cover of that issue is shown in the newsstand icon, but if i delete the issue the cover is still shown, i think that will be better if appear the cover of the last issue before the issue deleted.
By the way, really good job regards.
Hi, Maybe there should be a re-think of how the cover is displayed in newsstand. Other apps display the latest available issue cover regardless of whether it has been downloaded or not. If baker had this functionality, there would be no need to fix the aforementioned issue.
Just a thought.
Kind regards, Mitchell Willocks.

It will, the current solution is just the one we implemented in order to release it working even if it's not perfect. :)
Since we don't have any other issue open about this, we'll keep this one. :) Might be related to #547.
Hi,
I know this is more than 2 years old, but is there in the meantime a solution to set the Newsstand shelf cover to the latest available issue cover, not the latest downloaded cover?
The latest downloaded cover is really confusing for the user, as they actually have to check themselves if there are any new issues to download, when most magazine apps out there automatically display the latest available issue cover in the Newsstand shelf.
Hello! This board is closed right now, because the project moved. :) You can find the new issue board here, so you can try to open a ticket there and ask. :)
