Add localizations in Xcode 5

Hello!

I'm trying to add an localization in spanish for the Baker App, can anyone guide me through the steps in Xcode 5 ?

I already look into the forum and in the baker help but i cant find a post that relates to xcode 5.

Please help me.

Baker/Supporting Files/Localizable.Strings

It's located in the main panel of Xcode.
