What is the best practice to make an Iphone Magazine? I already made my Mag for the Ipad. Thank You.

The techniques are the same you'd use on the web for an iPhone website, namely, responsive web design. :)

Could you basically use a HTML5 full website template as magazine or does it need more to be accepted as a magazine?
