Create Discord bot with Oauth2 to help with Support and docs

With Oauth2 very close to working, it should soon be possible to make a good Discord bot from within Shuffle. The goal is to create an interactive bot that can at least help with:

  • Find answers to common questions from Shuffle-docs
  • Make those answers interact-able (multiple pages with reactions)
  • Add videos and images that are relevant to them
