Spam workflows getting created called "demo"

this is very much the new left ops dashboard created workflows left once in a while. let's fix that by getting rid of undeleted "demo" named workflows. on second thought, these workflows should be named something other than "demo" for better identification.

Give them a random name that there is no way anyone could find.

Also, why aren't they tagged as "Hidden"? If that was the case, they would not show up at all.
