Applies some edits made to the reference when regenerating them for this release.

Additional context

This ensures that fetchSync doesn't execute during pre-rendering (SSR): {isLoaded && <Suspense><MyComponent></Suspense>}.

Is fetchSync accurate here or are we referring to the call not executing?
