Create a `/examples` Template

Right now many of the community examples that are created are starting from the Demo Store as a base.

While this is great, it adds a lot of irrelevant code to the examples that would need to be updated as Hydrogen progresses, and that will be hard to maintain.

Proposal:

• Create a slightly more built out version of the hello-world starter to be used specifically for creating examples, then
• Update our contribution guides to use this template moving forward
