Add Support for Python Wheels

Hi, first of all this is awesome it exactly fills a need I had.

Any way to upload Python wheels instead of eggs? Wheels seem to be a far more modern packaging format, would it require anything significantly different?

I'll try digging through the code myself an see if I can come up with something, was wondering if you had thoughts on wheels.

Hey Josh, I'm glad it's helpful!

I agree and would love to include wheels, but unfortunately some of Databricks APIs needed here don't support wheels at this time.
