Provide a list of previously-used contexts, with ability to choose one

Would be nice to not need to copy and paste the context from a previous thread (if you want to use the same context, but in a different thread).

Maybe SlickGPT could provide a library of context "templates".

Great idea, thanks! The templates UI needs some more consideration but I'll add a "Create Chat" button to the Context message as a quick patch.
